Personal Training Sessions are designed after a consultation to make you reach your specific goals including:
  • Fat loss
  • Improve health and fitness
  • Gain strength
  • Improve sport performance
 
We offer a variety of activities including:
  • Cardio sessions
  • Weight training
  • Pool sessions / aqua aerobics
  • Sport specific training programmes
 
Group and individual training sessions are available.  Prices are $50 per hour for individual training and $25 each per hour for a group (2 or more).
